Automatic Coil Nail Collating Machine

This upgraded high-speed coil nail collating machine integrates automatic forming, rubber band bundling, and finished product discharge.

Finished coils are automatically pushed onto the finished product platform, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving overall production efficiency.

The machine is designed for collating nails with a length of up to 100 mm and is the most widely used model.

It features an adjustable operating speed. When producing 50 mm nails, the collating speed can reach over 2,300 pcs/min.

In general, larger nails correspond to lower collating speeds, while smaller nails allow higher production efficiency.

The welding system operates at a speed of up to 3,300 pcs/min, which is significantly higher than the nail feeding speed.

This ensures stable and reliable welding performance with no missing or false welds, even during high-speed operation.

Improved Finished Product Platform
The upgraded platform can store approximately 60 finished coil nails, and the discharge direction of the finished products is adjustable for flexible operation.
 
Newly Improved Welding Base
The welding base no longer requires height adjustment when switching between different welding wheel sizes.
For example, when producing 19–37 welding position nails, the welding base height remains unchanged, effectively reducing welding waste and lowering technical skill requirements.
 
New Patented Coil Nail Cutting Technology
With simple setup and adjustment, the probability of continuous cutting is reduced to less than one-tenth of that of conventional machines, significantly lowering the overall waste rate.

Enhanced Automatic Operation & Protection System

The machine is equipped with a welding wire adjustment device that prevents wire knotting and ensures stable wire feeding.
In case of wire jamming, the system automatically stops operation and displays a "Welding Wire Jammed" alarm on the touch screen.
